This can make costumes and some decorations too spooky for them. Here are three tips to help you make the holiday fun and friendly👇👻 🎃 Focus on age-appropriate activities, like a daytime visit to a pumpkin patch or painting pumpkins together at home. 👻 Watch for scary decorations in unexpected places, like a neighbor’s yard or the grocery store. ❤️ If your child is frightened, acknowledge their feelings and offer empathy and reassurance. Then, try to gently redirect their attention. You could say something like, “Those decorations are spooky! We’re here to get blueberries and apples. I definitely wouldn’t have predicted that it would go on to be published in forty languages and sell two million copies in English alone. Yet here we are. 3 years agoI was the poster boy for what the guidelines said to do For years after, I looked like this (or worse) and had joint pain, inflamed forearms/wrists, acid reflux, indigestion, skin problems, and some other ailments I thought were “just normal” I lost both my parent about 7 years ago and made some changes I now follow a SAPIEN diet & lifestyle that’s based around animal protein & fat and the rest of my calories coming from whole foods I keep everything else very simple and sustainable - I get 8 hours of sleep every night - Play sports multiple times per week - Spend only 50 minutes per week doing weight training - And read in the sun by the pool daily That’s really it… I want to help other people (and myself) not become the typical person in the Western world with multiple chronic diseases, medications, and a bleak future as a frail bag of bones suffering a slow death I do my social media, podcasts, and am making my film to help people understand how simple and enjoyable eating healthy can be I started this account about 4.5 years ago with 0 followers and no connections I posted an average of once per day since then and now we’re at 100K! My message has been consistent the entire time: 1. Animal foods are the foundation of human nutrition 2. Processed foods (essentially anything made of seed oils, refined grains, and added sugar) are the actual enemy 3. We need to fight against the plant-based agenda & propaganda 4. Ruminants like cattle raised properly help the soil and environment I can’t wait to finish my 6-part documentary series “Food Lies” by the end of the year I think this will be the real game changer in giving people an accurate view of what human health is all about!! 🤠

4 years agoHi Guys From tomorrow morning I will be removing myself from social media until the people in power are able to regulate their platforms with the same vigour and ferocity that they currently do when you infringe copyright. The sheer volume of racism, bullying and resulting mental torture to individuals is too toxic to ignore. There HAS to be some accountability. It is far too easy to create an account, use it to bully and harass without consequence and still remain anonymous. Until this changes, I will be disabling my accounts across all social platforms. I'm hoping this happens soon.
