3 years agoI was the poster boy for what the guidelines said to do
For years after, I looked like this (or worse) and had joint pain, inflamed forearms/wrists, acid reflux, indigestion, skin problems, and some other ailments I thought were “just normal”
I lost both my parent about 7 years ago and made some changes
I now follow a SAPIEN diet & lifestyle that’s based around animal protein & fat and the rest of my calories coming from whole foods
I keep everything else very simple and sustainable
- I get 8 hours of sleep every night
- Play sports multiple times per week
- Spend only 50 minutes per week doing weight training
- And read in the sun by the pool daily
That’s really it…
I want to help other people (and myself) not become the typical person in the Western world with multiple chronic diseases, medications, and a bleak future as a frail bag of bones suffering a slow death
I do my social media, podcasts, and am making my film to help people understand how simple and enjoyable eating healthy can be
I started this account about 4.5 years ago with 0 followers and no connections
I posted an average of once per day since then and now we’re at 100K!
My message has been consistent the entire time:
1. Animal foods are the foundation of human nutrition
2. Processed foods (essentially anything made of seed oils, refined grains, and added sugar) are the actual enemy
3. We need to fight against the plant-based agenda & propaganda
4. Ruminants like cattle raised properly help the soil and environment
I can’t wait to finish my 6-part documentary series “Food Lies” by the end of the year
I think this will be the real game changer in giving people an accurate view of what human health is all about!!
