5 months agoThis might look like a lot, but it’s actually a very simple routine… I have a one-hour morning routine where I walk, make coffee, and read. Then I work for 3-4 hours while I walk. And the I take a one-hour lunch break where I workout, eat, and if I’m lucky I can sneak in a cold plunge. Then it’s back to work for the afternoon until it’s time to cook dinner and spend time with my family. While not every day is this ideal, this is what I strive for to keep myself consistent. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s just about making small, consistent changes each day 💯 Some of the things not included in my routine: 🧖🏼‍♂️ My morning/evening skincare 🏋🏼‍♂️ Maybe a second workout in the afternoon 🥘 My afternoon lunch (usually in the middle of my filming). Typically meat, fermented veggies, fruit, eggs, cheese, etc. 🌲 Yardwork 💩 My squatty potty 🐺 Playing with the dogs

a year ago✨UNSUNG - OUT NOW ✨ Well, I've made an album. It’s called Unsung. The songs are written to people I know, about things I've wanted to say for a long time, but couldn't find the words. They finally burst out of me. I wrote them mostly at home, on keys, in an old-fashioned way. I wanted storytelling, to try and make something timeless, with live musicians at the heart of it. Have that religious experience. I made the record with @jamiewoon whose magical thinking was the help I'd always needed. I’m forever grateful Jamie. Plus holy trinity @dansee28 @dave_okumu_ and @lex_bronze who made everything sound excellent. 6 months agoAs I prepare to embark on a new chapter in my career, my heart is heavy with a mix of emotions. Throughout my time here, I’ve given my heart and soul to this team, this city, and the game I love. Through it all, there have been faithful & loyal fans - ones who have stood by through the highs and the lows, the triumphs and the disappointments. Your unwavering support, passionate cheers, and belief in us have been a constant source of strength and inspiration. Even when the negative voices threatened to drown you out, your love for this team and this city shone through. To the supporters who may not have been as loud as the critics but whose love and dedication have been the foundation upon which this team stands, I want to say thank you. Your loyalty, passion, and unwavering spirit have meant more to me than you’ll ever know. As I move on to the next chapter of my career, a part of me will always remain in Philadelphia. The memories we’ve created, the lessons I’ve learned, and the bonds I’ve forged with this city and its people will stay with me forever. 6 months agoWhat’s understood doesn’t have to be explained. Detroit, it’s been nothing but love from the start; I appreciate you welcoming me and my family back with open arms. I’m grateful for all who have supported me throughout this journey, its an exciting time and I’m ecstatic for the new chapter. Time to get to work and build something special for this city!!!
