9 months agoThis might look like a lot, but it’s actually a very simple routine…
I have a one-hour morning routine where I walk, make coffee, and read.
Then I work for 3-4 hours while I walk.
And the I take a one-hour lunch break where I workout, eat, and if I’m lucky I can sneak in a cold plunge.
Then it’s back to work for the afternoon until it’s time to cook dinner and spend time with my family.
While not every day is this ideal, this is what I strive for to keep myself consistent. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s just about making small, consistent changes each day 💯
Some of the things not included in my routine:
🧖🏼♂️ My morning/evening skincare
🏋🏼♂️ Maybe a second workout in the afternoon
🥘 My afternoon lunch (usually in the middle of my filming). Typically meat, fermented veggies, fruit, eggs, cheese, etc.
🌲 Yardwork
💩 My squatty potty
🐺 Playing with the dogs
