2 months agoFor those of you who haven’t done a before and after photo. Forget the number on the scales. They don’t make you look or feel good. This is a very powerful way to help you to get to your goals. If you’re thinking about starting just start! If you’ve just started and want to quit, think about how you want to feel and want to look like. This is me on the left and it’s my constant reminder to stay on a path and stick with a routine. The biggest difference is the mental strength, the energy, the patience the quality of sleep. All these will be very worth it. Get your photos in now

2 months agoAttraverso il corpo, il movimento, l’attività fisica, in generale, impari a comprendere tante cose di te. I tuoi limiti, la tua forza, la tua tenacia, la tua capacità di stare o non stare anche nelle situazioni più faticose e più difficili. Quando si parla di “fitness journey”, per me, é anche questa cosa quì. Un viaggio dentro di noi. Fatto di momenti sì e di momenti no. Fasi in cui ti scopri un atleta olimpico (e non si sa perché 😂), fasi in cui patisci al primo esercizio. Ma va bene così. Perché è un percorso. Costruttivo, se costante.
