9 months agoMy dressing room is one of the most important areas of my home, but it’s also my biggest stress. I absolutely love fashion, and my collaborations with brands mean there’s always a steady stream of stuff coming in and I find it so hard to get rid of anything! I have been working with Gemma and Hayley from @Organise_d for 4 years now and they have changed my life. The systems they added in my dressing room, created by @sharpsbedrooms make it really easy for me to keep order and find what I need in the mornings. We do a seasonal swap every six months, which is a great chance to declutter and refresh. Not only that, they take all the items I no longer love to charity for me so I know they are going to a really good home. I couldn’t live without these ladies—they are my wardrobe fairies! 2 years agoLet me introduce you to my online client @anichents 🤝 What she has a achieved in just under 5 weeks is unreal. All done with home workouts!📈 When she joined up with me and we and we spoke about her relationship with nutrition and exercise it was pretty damaged. 🥲 She would constantly crash diet and only really done HIIT workouts as she felt they would burn the most calories and therefore bring her quick results. I told her she was going to be lifting weights and eating more and we got the famous line of ‘ I don’t want to get too bulky ‘ as you can see from the picture that is not the case 🤩 I could write a long caption but she has been kind enough to write some words about our time together so far so please have a slide along to learn more about her journey and current progress 🙏🏼.
