6 months agoHere is what happens when you fast….
Part 2
You allow for a closer relationship with God, and if your heart is postured correctly you receive access to instant blessings.
The Bible tells us in 2 Chronichles 20 after Jehoshaphat declared a fast for him and his people seeking guidance to conquer war, plague, or famine (life troubles) he immediately cried out for the lord to save them. God gave instructions to conquer and even told them they wouldn’t need to fight. (He got it) In fact in 2 chronicles 16 the exact words in the NLT version reads, “Take your positions; then stand still and watch the lord’s victory”
They did what God said and the key thing is they (BELIEVED!)
They showed up worshiping and praising as in the victory was already theirs. 🙏🏾
On the fourth day they received Victory over their enemies.
We are firm believers that when you choose to fast for all the right reasons, God will do things that “ONLY HE CAN DO!”
Victory is certain when you are with God.
Do not weary.
When you choose to fast you are choosing to surrender and cry out. You are inviting God to do a good work in you.
Express your needs, concerns, and immediately exercise faith.
We serve such a good God.
Now, when you receive victory also learn from Jehoshaphat story and maintain good alliance and environments where you thrive.
If God pulls you out of a battle or promotes you, you don’t run back to what compromised you in the first place.
You learn from Jonah, be grateful and give grace.
You moved forward.
You become the best version of you, with the BE Attitudes.
Matthew 5:3-12
You maintain in Joy.
