6 months agoWe’d be on the boat as a family, the boys drinking ice cold Stellas. The only thing that would matter is that your whole family was together because that was your only care in the world. Your whole identity was as Dad. Father’s Day and your birthday is always the same week so this week was all about you. Now, we can only dream and wish we had another Father’s Day or birthday to celebrate you. Mikela is getting married on your birthday this Thursday. Mikey is 21 a couple days later. You deserved to see it all. But because of the incredible Dad you were, we are motivated to keep pushing to make you proud. That was the best feeling, making you proud because you’d cry at the smallest things we did. We miss our Dad, but deep down we know the biggest blessing we’ve had in our lives was our dad’s love. So hug your dad today, send a text to those who can’t hug their dad today, and never take a day for granted having your Dad a phone call away. Happy Father’s Day ❤️

2 months ago3 weeks and the work continues every day. Most steps aren’t glamorous but they’re all necessary to get to the next one.

2 months agoBuilding glut strength and stability in narrow and single leg positions is a systematic progression where you can’t skip steps. The body tries to find compensatory patterns. All you can do is put in the work and let the results come as they will.
