2 months agoAge Less and Live More - Go For A Walk Yup, 7K steps per day is better than ice baths. A leisurely hike will outperform red light therapy seven days a week, and yes, a weekend bike ride will absolutely give you more benefits than those expensive NAD supplements. There are lots of things you can do that will make a small difference to your health, and lots more that drain your bank account but don’t really move the needle. When it comes to health, it’s always smart to focus on the most-proven, highest leverage interventions. The basics are boring, but they work. Go for a walk!

And if you’re in middle age and beyond, this approach can also provide you with safer and gentler exercises. At YOGABODY Daily, we focus on bodyweight strength training with some resistance bands and light weights. Why?
