Located in Miami Beach on Star Island, Rick Ross purchased the property last summer and had his plans approved by the HOA in July. According to Ross himself, the $20m renovation will expand the home towards the ocean and feature a Japanese rare Koi pond, and possibly Basquiat paintings as decor. Designed by @kobikarp & builders @mvgroupusa, who are responsible for some of Miami’s most iconic mansions. The property is projected to be valued at $100m after it’s completed.
