10 months agoHip-hop mogul Rick Ross’s $35m oceanfront mansion is undergoing a massive $20m gut renovation! Located in Miami Beach on Star Island, Rick Ross purchased the property last summer and had his plans approved by the HOA in July. According to Ross himself, the $20m renovation will expand the home towards the ocean and feature a Japanese rare Koi pond, and possibly Basquiat paintings as decor. Designed by @kobikarp & builders @mvgroupusa, who are responsible for some of Miami’s most iconic mansions. The property is projected to be valued at $100m after it’s completed.
