My whole life is shaped by tools and rituals that challenge the contemporary way of treating health and the human body. Ways that I fundamentally believe to be sustainable ways of living a long, healthy and happy life. 3 years agoA healthy body can be defined as a body containing the ability to move effortlessly without any sensation of pain and restriction. Impaired biomechanics can only lead to dysfunction. Breathe improperly for too long and it will backfire. Move improperly for too long and physical impairment will appear one way or the other. When we deviate too much from nature, we become dysfunctional. This is the real pandemic of modern society. The true blueprint of human mechanics is nothing fancy.
