Gonna keep this one short and sweet though because this man’s pipes speak for themselves. “Voice of an angel” might be the most common comment in last night’s post and I must concur. 🪽 Do yourself a favor too and watch the video for tonight’s song. 2 years agoSome days we are channelling our Goddess energy. Some days the hormones are raging and the tears are flowing whether you’re heavily pregnant, a woman during her cycle, or just erm.. a woman, not forgetting menopausal women! Let’s be honest! 😂 So grateful to have learnt ways to give myself a moment to come back to centre, stretch, breathe, recalibrate and be held by the Earth. I’ve dipped in and out of yoga the last few years since I first discovered kundalini yoga in 2019 which I love and find extremely powerful 🔥 During pregnancy I’ve explored and done mostly hatha and yoga specifically for pregnancy which I cannot recommend enough to help aid relaxation and preparation for giving birth. #yoga #yogapractice #yogainspiration #yogalove #kundalini #hatha #pregnancyyoga #move #dance #breathe #pregnancylife #truthbetold

2 years agoI didn't know what true happiness was until I really got to know God. I only now realize that happiness cannot be found on the outside, but on the inside. After my best friend passed away, I felt a huge emptiness for a long time. At that moment I realized that everything in life is temporary. This led me to ask questions and made me have a completely different perspective of life. I always had a relationship with God, but my prayer life was inconsistent. Once I decided to reconnect with the Lord I felt an abundance of love, joy and so much happiness. He restored everything! It's a feeling I can't describe. Nothing in this world compares to that kind of peace that our Lord can give. I feel so reborn! Thank you Jesus.🙏🏿
