2 months agoDunque le cose stanno più o meno così. Le nostre aziende hanno bisogno di migranti e i nostri cittadini hanno bisogno di più soldi in busta paga e meno liste d’attesa sulla sanità. E dunque cosa fa il Governo Meloni? Per avere tre like sui social, butta via un miliardo di euro per trasportare avanti e indietro con l’Albania qualche decina di migranti. Serve immigrazione regolare per le nostre aziende, servono progetti con ITS ed efficaci strutture di formazione, serve la concretezza e non l’ideologia. I soldi vanno dati ai nostri carabinieri, ai nostri infermieri, ai nostri operai. Non vanno buttati in inutili e costosi spot. Prima o poi tutti si renderanno conto del danno che l’influencer in capo sta facendo al bilancio dello Stato

2 years ago🔥 Spinal Mobility & Spinal Segmentation 👇🏼 I have been through 2 car accidents resulting in spinal injury (last one being nerve damage, muscle degradation & 3 herniated discs to name a few) & it both weren’t even big crashes, just 2 people on different occasions failing to stop & hitting the back on my car 🚗 (& the other time the back of a friends car I was in) something so quick that changed everything. The back pain wasn’t the only side effect: - I had NO spinal movement 📏 - 3 Weeks no sleep & maximum pain killers 💊 - I was advised against weightlifting & spinal flexion altogether FOR LIFE 😱 - I was told it would only get worse & my movement would never return 😳 - I was told to have surgery & use stronger meds 😵 - I was also stubborn enough to go physio to physio, specialist to specialist, coach to coach until I found what I was looking for (eventually that was education & courses) 👨‍🎓 I now value the knowledge gained about Mobility Training & back pain so much, I actually am grateful for the experience, as much as it sucked 🫠 Truth is, no one can really know what YOU CAN & CANNOT DO….honestly, only you can know what you’re capable of & how far you’re willing to go. One or two diagnoses isn’t the be all and end all. Not always. Sometimes your gut will tell you to keep searching 🔎 All I can say is I’m no where near done studying or learning new movement yet! Not. a year agoWords can’t describe the feeling of gratitude I have to this football club and to all you fans. I’ve lived a life long dream of mine to play for my boyhood club and represent Nottingham Forest. I’ve made memories that will last with me forever especially that famous day at Wembley, taking the club back to where it belongs. Hearing that final whistle go after the play off final is a feeling I’ll never forget and of course the celebrations with you all at Market Square. Also the celebrations after the Arsenal game knowing that we had kept this famous club in the premier league for another season. Thank you to everyone associated with Nottingham Forest from my time at the academy all the way through to the first team, from the staff to the players and of course the incredible fans that have supported me through all the good times and the bad times. Always a red, Brennan.
