a year ago↗️ Session snippet for athletes ↖️ For those athletes who have a good training history behind them, this French contrast session is great tool for a 30 minute exposure to the Force/Velocity curve 🏄♂️ 📈 1) Heavy compound lift (around 80% 1RM) 2) Force-oriented plyo (as much force as possible) 3) Loaded jump (high speed with max load) 4) Overspeed/assisted exercise Take around 20-30s between each exercise, and 2-5 mins per circuit ⚡️ #strengthandconditioning #athleticism #performancetraining #speed #power
