A leisurely hike will outperform red light therapy seven days a week, and yes, a weekend bike ride will absolutely give you more benefits than those expensive NAD supplements.  There are lots of things you can do that will make a small difference to your health, and lots more that drain your bank account but don’t really move the needle. When it comes to health, it’s always smart to focus on the most-proven, highest leverage interventions. The basics are boring, but they work. Go for a walk!
