a year agoToday marks the official release of Peter’s latest album, ‘i/o’. Releasing a new song every full moon has allowed each track the time and space to enjoy its own orbit, “a little like getting a Lego piece each month”. All 12 tracks come with two stereo mixes: the Bright-Side Mix, handled by Mark ‘Spike’ Stent, and the Dark-Side Mix, as reshaped by Tchad Blake. There’s also the In-Side 3D mix by Hans-Martin Buff. 5 months agoWe have an amazing podcast with over 100 episodes where we talk to an inclusive and diverse list of artists, comedians, filmmakers, authors, documentary makers, musicians, photographers, and more. Many of our guests have careers that span decades. I do deep dive research on our guests which then allows me to have improvised conversational style interviews with a focus on the guest and their stories. I describe my style as Charlie Rose meets Mr Rogers with a little Marc Maron throw in. I work hard to honor each of our guests and only interview folks that I choose. We try to never ask guests the same questions they’ve been asked 100 times before. We look at guests overall careers and try to connect the dots to tell their story by connecting how the past brings us to the present. We speak with some of the most accomplished people out there, and always mix well known guests with folks you’ve likely never heard of. I can’t tell you how much I learn from these conversations. As an educator the podcast is designed to teach the audience about how these amazing people do what they do.
