3 years agoIt all starts once you believe you can achieve it. The reason why I can relate so well to my clients is because Iโ€™ve been there before. Itโ€™s a dog fight in the trenches. Starting out I had so many struggles. I lacked Consistency, Time Management, Preparation, Knowledge, The list goes on and on. Even though I had all these problems I was still too prideful to get some guidance. I thought I could continue doing what I was doing and eventually iโ€™ll see results. At least Iโ€™m working out right? So many people have this mindset until they come to the realization that you canโ€™t just hope for results & progress. So many people hit the gym frequently but see little to no progress. Sometimes look a little worst. You have to have a strategy, a purpose, you have to be intentional with what your doing. I think I can speak for me and my Clients when I say what separates us is that we move with intent. What we eat is intentional. How we train is intentional. Our daily routine is intentional.
