The reason why I can relate so well to my clients is because I’ve been there before.
It’s a dog fight in the trenches.
Starting out I had so many struggles.
I lacked Consistency, Time Management, Preparation, Knowledge, The list goes on and on.
Even though I had all these problems I was still too prideful to get some guidance.
I thought I could continue doing what I was doing and eventually i’ll see results.
At least I’m working out right?
So many people have this mindset until they come to the realization that you can’t just hope for results & progress.
So many people hit the gym frequently but see little to no progress.
Sometimes look a little worst.
You have to have a strategy, a purpose, you have to be intentional with what your doing.
I think I can speak for me and my Clients when I say what separates us is that we move with intent.
What we eat is intentional.
How we train is intentional.
Our daily routine is intentional.
