A few months ago I got quite possibly the least attractive term sheet I’ve ever seen 58% LTC 2 points in, 1 point out SOFR + 6.00% with an 11% floor rate 50 Bps annual asset management fee (?) Full recourse from me and partner with post closing liquidity monitoring
