Salted butter used to contain 3-4X the amount of salt that current "salted butter" does. It was also of finer quality (excess salt would disguise the poor flavor in salted butter). Nowadays, you can simply use salted butter to bake and slightly reduce the amount of added salt.

As you get older in life, seems like you tend to think more of your sins of omission, such as the efforts you didn't make to apologize, or make time for an old acquaintance whom you later find out has unexpectedly passed away. The latter happens surprisingly often in your 40s.

In the ninth, with their season on the line, the Royals saw 9 pitches. 1 was clearly a strike, 2 were borderline, and 6 were clearly out of the strike zone. The Royals swung at 8 of the 9 pitches. If this offense is going to take a step forward next year, they have to fix that.
