Chiefs are waiving rookie WR Phillip Brooks, according to a source. Brooks, who hails from Lee’s Summit, originally joined the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas State. Have to think he’s likely a candidate to return to the Chiefs’ practice squad.
