So much "pressure" in the workplace is either artificially manufactured or is the result of ineptitude somewhere along the line. Now that I realize this I *really* regret giving into that pressure as an employee.

Exchange Income Fund $EIF.to hitting a fresh 52-week high on news it won the air ambulance contract for Newfoundland and Labrador. Stock up 2.7% today, yield still close to 5%, will benefit from lower rates, and trades at ~13x 2025's expected earnings. I still like it.
