a year agoToday is World Mental Health day and in that regard I would like to share some thoughts. I know that: - many feel shameful about seeking help or talking about their own issues. - some people who struggle mentally feel like the only one. - mental health issues are for many still tabu. Let me tell you: - there is NO shame in not being okay! - you are NOT alone. We all struggle through life's ups and downs in our own way. - we have to talk openly about mental health issues to normalize it.
