a year agoHi! I’m Tamara, a wellness expert from London. Studying to be a doctor first sparked my interest in optimal health. I realised my passion lay in wellness not illness and I travelled to India to seek understanding of more holistic practices.
I am passionate about the benefits of movement for mind-body connection and overall health. I have gone on to specialise in many forms of Yoga, Meditation and Pilates, studying with top teachers and spiritual leaders to further my knowledge and master my craft. Now I teach clients all over the world including celebrities, athletes and royalty bringing together a bespoke blend of movement styles for personal practice optimisation.
My mission is for people to feel their best physically and mentally, tap into their inner power and truly thrive.
I lead retreats and well-being initiatives for luxury hotels and global companies and love bringing wellness into workplaces and environments that are supportive to well-being.
Through movement and meditation I aim to spark joy, presence and connection as well as finding inner freedom through challenging conventional ways of moving and being.
