4 months agoShrimp Scampi Linguine 🍴
Ingredients
- linguine noodles
- 1 lb colossal shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Seafood seasoning
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Diced bell pepper
- Minced garlic
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Blackened Seasoning
- Black pepper
- Creole season
- Salt
- Dry white wine (I used Pinot Grigio )
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Basil
- [ ] Boil water & Add salt to reduce pasta stick.
- [ ] Insert Linguine pasta into pot. Boil noodles 8-13 minutes. ( Do not break Linguine noodles)
- [ ] Remove pasta and sit aside.
- [ ] Add olive oil , onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, blackened seasoning, & paprika to shrimp.
- [ ] Cook shrimp and set aside.
- [ ] Use the same pan to melt a stick of butter.
- [ ] Add diced bell peppers & minced garlic to pan.
- [ ] Sauté peppers and garlic then add white wine.
- [ ] Squeeze half a lemon juice into sauce.
- [ ] Add onion powder, black pepper, blackened seasoning, & creole seasonings to sauce. (Use these spices lightly/ season to taste preference)
- [ ] Add linguine to pan.
- [ ] Add shrimp to pan
- [ ] Toss linguine & top with basil and Parmesan
