3 months agoPlantain Wraps 🍌 (recipe below) If there is one thing I love about cooking with natural, unprocessed foods is that it inspires you to step outside of the box. The initial feeling of limitation will inspire you to explore the vast spectrum of plants we have available on this earth. Our Organic Irish Sea Moss from @theelectrictribe is a perfect example of this, adding both nutrition and texture to these wraps. You can find it via the link in my bio. Plantain Wraps: Plantains @theelectrictribe Organic Irish Sea Moss Neutral Oil (I Used Olive Oil) Flour (I Used Spelt) Optional: Chives; finely sliced Red Onions; finely chopped Scotch Bonnet Chili; finely chopped A pinch of sea salt Use a decent amount of flour if the mixture is too sticky. Fry in a well seasoned pan or bake on parchment paper to avoid it from sticking. #wholefoods #plantain #veganrecipes
