3 years ago@olliewatkins hip snap! Opening up your hip to go inside then cutting the ball back across the defender is such a difficult manoeuvre to defend! 1. Get the defender off balance with movement. 2. Cut the ball into a productive area where it is there to be hit. 3. Minimise your steps in your ball approach. 2-3 maximum. 4. Rotated foot plant to get your hip and shoulder round to maximise follow through on clean contact. #becomeelite
