3 months agoSharing another one of my tools for mental and emotional resilience. This one is a brief overview of my take on ‘the letting go technique’ which is a healthy way to process difficult emotions.
Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, a Harvard-trained brain scientist, says that most emotions last about 90 seconds. After the 90 seconds, any remaining emotional response is the person’s unconscious choice to stay in that emotional loop. This exercise helps us break that loop.
