4 months agoYALLLL 😭🥲⬇️ my full lower body workout 🦵🏾@_lalatones • barbell squats 2x12 warm up ( just the bar ) 4x12-15 ( added 20kg ) • rear lunge into forward lunge ( 15lb DB ) 4x20 • seated hamstring curls ( not shown ) 4x15 • leg extension ( controlled ) 4x8 it was my first day lifting in 2.5 months!
