3 months ago🎾🧘‍♀️TENSIONE ALLA CERVICALE? Lo sapevi che con due semplici palline da tennis puoi alleviare la tensione tra cervicale e scapole? Procedimento ➡️ 1️⃣ Prendi due palline da tennis 🎾 e posiziona ognuna di esse nello spazio tra la colonna vertebrale e la scapola, più o meno all’altezza in cui avverti maggiore tensione. 2️⃣ una volta che ti sei posizionato allarga le braccia e inizia a respirare profondamente, familiarizza con la pressione che senti esercitare sui muscoli dalle palline. 3️⃣ se vuoi rendere l’esercizio più intenso alza le braccia verso il soffitto, ad ogni inspirazione allontana le scapole dal pavimento portandole verso il soffitto , durante l’espirazione invece falle tornare verso il pavimento , accentuando così la pressione esercitata sulle palline. 4️⃣ aggiungi delle rotazioni del torace verso destra e verso sinistra con le braccia distese per lavorare ogni lato singolarmente con più efficacia. #cervicale #dolore #osteopatia #antiginnastica #eop #esercizi
