Several years ago I was introduced to the Ice and Heat concept/therapy. It was extremely humbling, but I knew that by leveraging being uncomfortable and pushing my body thru unconventional physical movement, deep breathing exercises, and mindful awareness, would shift my mental state, allowing me to push past limitations I had either inherited, or collected along the way.
After such experience, I had learned how to access new solutions by actively changing my physiology through actions like cold plunges, dancing, rollerblading, vigorous exercise, long distance meditative endurance cycling, or even simply taking deep breaths when feeling stuck.
Somewhere along the way, I forgot how to tap onto such a powerful hack for issues like depression.
And today I get back in the groove, to create good habits, mental and physical heath.
Starting with Cold Plunge! 3mts @ 40 degrees. 🥶🫣😬🤘🏼💪🏻 4times a week..
