2 years agoSo, who is ‘Rejuvenate Sport’ ? As a former semi- professional rugby player, and a current amateur boxer I have always had a passion for sport, for staying fit and injury free. This company has been created by me with the sole purpose of rejuvenation, for all those who share a similar passion. What does this mean? It meant that I want all fitness lovers (& even those who may not love the thought of gym just yet😉) to have a better understanding of ways in which you can look after your body, get fit, and to be rewarded by this with a new sense of energy. 🧘 How will we do this?- Operating out of #PureGym in Preston. Anyone who wants to come and train is welcome 🤗. Using various methods such corrective exercise training, resistance training & HIIT we will get you to the place you want to be!
