2 months agoEstablishing this mobility routine helped me stay consistent and relieve so much of my lower back tightness! I do each of these for 3-5 deep breaths. I either warm up for my workouts with this routine or just as a stand alone to loosen up my entire body. What are some of your go-to mobility exercises? I seriously love nerding out about this stuff!
