5 months agoNOT A HOTEL RUSUTSU We are excited to announce NOT A HOTEL RUSUTSU, our new project on Japan's large northern island of Hokkaido. Together with Norwegian founded Snøhetta, we are creating a villa at the summit of a ski slope in the Rusutsu Resort. This all-season outdoor activity destination is in the foothills of towering Mount Yotei, just 90 minutes from New Chitose Airport or the major city of Sapporo. The architectural design of NOT A HOTEL RUSUTSU is inspired by "Zenith," aiming to enhance the human experience by creating spaces that direct people's gaze and awareness upward.
