a year agoIn todayโs session, and I had the pleasure of assisting @samuelhunt89 , a dedicated swimming instructor. Sam has been experiencing acute pain around his shoulder blades due to his daily routine of hunching forward while assisting swimmers in the pool. This constant activity has led to chronically tight trapezius muscle, resulting in neck, shoulder and back pain.
To alleviate his discomfort, I used a heated scraper, which has proven to be an absolutely perfect combination for targeting those tight, stubborn muscles.
