a year agoJust wanted to say a quick thank you for all the messages and support from my friends, family, staff and Sunderland fans since my injury, I appreciate it so much and it really does go a long way. My operation went as hoped for yesterday and I’m now focused and ready to tackle this long road to recovery with everything I have. It was a great feeling for me to put together a good spell of football this season and I am gutted that I do not get to finish it off the way I’d of liked. However, I will be supporting the lads the rest of the way and hope to end the season as positively as we can. ❤️
