9 months agoThe Daniel in this Before & After picture, is not the same one... π
The physical change I went through is just a demonstration, maybe even just a peek glimpse, into the internal change I have experienced.
A shift in life perspective, a switch in coping mechanisms, a change in emotional confidence and mental balance, and so much more. π§ πͺ
I was so confused, lost, locked in a transparent cage, trapped within myself like a shoelace that got tangled in a self knot. π
So many things hurt me - standing, walking, dancing, washing dishes. I was so angry, short-tempered, and impulsive. π‘π€―
I was so scared, stuck in my own mind, living life within internal dialogue. π£οΈπ
During my journey a profound phrase was born from the change:
βIn order to become the person you were born to be, you must eliminate the person youβve learned to be.β π±β‘οΈπ³
Today I am 32 years old.
At 16, I discovered I was allergic to gluten, and then it happened:
In just 30 days, I grew tall 30 cm, going from 1.51 meters to 1.81 meters in one month! π²
Due to this rapid growth, my body locked into a terrible posture;
Scoliosis, hip imbalance and shoulder kyphosis, at the age of 16 I was trapped within myself without even knowing... ππ
The thing that helped me most was the connection I had to my body.
Since the age of 3, Iβve been doing many types of sports: Gymnastics, Swimming, Tennis, Martial Arts, Ninja and more. πββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπΎ
This connection to my body led to the most significant moment:
At 16, looking in the mirror at my confined-twisted body, I came to a simple conclusion;
My body is very attentive and knows how to learn, so I have decided that Iβll re-teach it how to stand & move differently, and so it will be. π€Ίπ§ββοΈ
So I set out on a journey of self-learning, searching, practicing, and studying non-stop with extraordinary determination (perhaps obsession) for 16 years now. ππ‘
