Here’s a quick insight into our Testing protocol for Footballers at the @mcperformancecentre
Our pitch based tests look at horizontal power, acceleration, max speed & change of direction tests.
In the gym, we take some of our athletes through body composition tests, we then use the ForceDecks to measure athletes reactive strength, Power & Strength tests. 📈
Our metrics we measure as a whole will be similar but this does depend on the circumstances with the player and if we are looking at it from a rehab perspective. We then use this data and our coaching eye to help start building our programmes for our athletes. 💻
