Eat real, whole foods from the earth. Fruit, eggs, cheese, meat, maybe some veggies. As long as it’s real, it gets a pass.
Prioritize animal foods. Why?
Animal foods are going to contain the most bioavailable nutrients, proteins, and fats that allow you to thrive most efficiently and effectively.
And most of all:
Listen to your body. Don’t eat foods that bother you or make you feel worse. Food is fuel, food is energy. Food heals.
Eat like a human. Thrive.
