8 months agoFunctional training 2-3 times a week, will elevate your mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. If you ask @haileetyne44 , I hate these workouts, but the truth is… I love them because they challenge me in ways I am not used to. of course, I still love my regular program of lifting. But it’s great to change it up once or twice a week to get the body moving.
