a year agoMy best friend of 46 years passed away on Saturday after the most courageous battle against brain cancer. I can’t put into words what a wonderful human Rich was. He will always be in my heart, and this is how I will remember him: happy, free and full of life. I love you pal. See you in the next place brother x

But I have seen how Instagram can be a positive force for good, and so I am asking for your help on behalf of a very close friend. One of my dearest friends was diagnosed with brain cancer this summer, and he and his family need your help. They have already been through so much.
