2 years ago@olliewatkins hip snap! Opening up your hip to go inside then cutting the ball back across the defender is such a difficult manoeuvre to defend! 1. Get the defender off balance with movement. 2. Cut the ball into a productive area where it is there to be hit. 3. Minimise your steps in your ball approach. 2-3 maximum. 4. Rotated foot plant to get your hip and shoulder round to maximise follow through on clean contact. #becomeelite

10 months agoThe Official Dragonball time line, read below for detailed breakdown. #Dragonballsuper • • • •Dragonball super takes place in between the 10 year timeskip where Majin Buu is defeated and Goku meets Uub at the martial arts tournament. •The beginning of super takes place 4 years after Buu’s defeat age 778. •Golden Frieza arrives in age 779 the same year Pan is born. •Universe 6 tournament & Goku black are sometime in between. •the tournament of power and Broly take place in the year 780. •The events of the Galactic patrol arc take place in between age 780-781. •The Granolah arc takes place a few months later in age 781. •Then there is a minor time skip to Super Hero where Goten and Trunks age, aswell as Pan being 3 years old. That takes place in age 782 and the arc ends in age 783 where there is another 6 month time skip during the arc. •Leaving us in the present Goku vs Gohan age 783. •The “end of Z” occurs 1 year later or so in age 784.
