3 months agoA legendary British knitwear brand meets an artisanal Swiss watchmaker.   Founded in 1979, @warmandwonderful is the brand behind the iconic black sheep sweater famously worn by Diana, Princess of Wales. My good friend @jackcarlson, who grew up in London and whose mother had one of the originals, helped to revive the brand in 2020 in partnership with its original founders, Joanna Osborne and Sally Muir. Last year, he helped to bring Diana’s own personal sheep sweater to auction at Sotheby’s, where it broke several records and sold for $1.14M.   We are excited to bring that famous sheep sweater aesthetic to a creation from one of the most fun watchmakers today: @mauricedemauriac. @carltondewoody and I assisted with the design.
