4 years agoHi Guys From tomorrow morning I will be removing myself from social media until the people in power are able to regulate their platforms with the same vigour and ferocity that they currently do when you infringe copyright. The sheer volume of racism, bullying and resulting mental torture to individuals is too toxic to ignore. There HAS to be some accountability. It is far too easy to create an account, use it to bully and harass without consequence and still remain anonymous. Until this changes, I will be disabling my accounts across all social platforms. I'm hoping this happens soon.

a year agoHip Mobility Currently thinking of calling my next program "Get Cramps with Sophie". I've also thought about "Cramps", but I feel like having my name in it will make it sound more enjoyable. Another one would be "Cramps - you give me the money, I give you the pain", but that sounds a little too capitalistic if you ask me, and it’s a little too long. a year agoHip Mobility I’ve been getting a lot of comments from people complimenting me on losing weight lately - the funny part is, my actual goal was to NOT lose weight bc losing weight means getting weaker and I want to be strong and intimidating. 2 years agoI didn't know what true happiness was until I really got to know God. I only now realize that happiness cannot be found on the outside, but on the inside. After my best friend passed away, I felt a huge emptiness for a long time. At that moment I realized that everything in life is temporary. This led me to ask questions and made me have a completely different perspective of life. I always had a relationship with God, but my prayer life was inconsistent. Once I decided to reconnect with the Lord I felt an abundance of love, joy and so much happiness. He restored everything! It's a feeling I can't describe. Nothing in this world compares to that kind of peace that our Lord can give. I feel so reborn! Thank you Jesus.🙏🏿
