3 months agoDo you feel this too? I think we can change this in an instant. To do so we have to be courageous, make different choices, and focus on love and connection, not fear and separation. Does this feel overwhelming? Meditate. Create calm and quiet inside of ourselves to hear the signals. Pray. I believe calm, connected consciousness - starting in the quiet alignment within each of us individual - is profoundly powerful. Phones down, go outside, take a deep breath. We’ve got this.
