3 months agoThe best salt & electrolytes = @redmondrelyte. Code DRJAMES = 15% off. Only drinking plain water is NOT the best way to hydrate. Our body needs electrolytes to hydrate appropriately so that fluid stays in the body and isn’t just peed out in the urine. I start my day out with 1 scoop of @redmondrelyte Hydration with 10-12 oz. of fluid mixed in a blender and poured over ice.
