2 years agoFirst marathon complete. In a time of 3:01:45 - in one of my favourite cities along side my brother Riley, couldn’t have picked a better person to do it with. Massive thank you to my coach @kane_runs 12 week training plan was exactly what I needed to get me ready for today, also a special shout out to my masseuses @amytsappis who has been phenomenal since day 1! Last but not least a big thank you to everyone who helped me raise over £1000 for Shelter. The support and love throughout this journey as been remarkable, wouldn’t have done it without. Anyways time to drink some alcohol and eat loads of greasy food. Massive love always, Banda❤️

5 months agoThank you to everyone @wba This club has been a huge part of my life, promotion to the premier league and making my premier league debut was something I’d only dreamed about. My two daughters were born here and walking out with Sofia as captain is a memory I’ll cherish forever. To achieve over 200 appearances is something I’m very proud of.
