I have been working for over 2.5 years on “The Art of Basketball” book, that I’m currently working to get published, and my guy @nav.visuals has helped me bring some of the concepts to life through video! “The Art of Basketball” is basically my take of the game of basketball, the process of mastery, and sport psychology all in one! There has been SO MUCH work, research, and creativity poured into this project as a whole and I hope it really finds a way to affect some of you in a meaningful way! 3 months agoWhat better way to explore a new city than taking a quick stroll/run through it? I had my phone out half the time just so I could take pics of all the places I wanted to eat at while visiting. so worth it. Got my steps in with an ocean view🙂‍↔️ I have tons of recommendations so if you need any comment “🩵🩵🩵” and I’ll send you my list🤞🏽 Also, idk bout you - but hitting protein goals while on vacation or a work trip can be challenging!! BUT I have cheat code for you. @youcanbeam came out with travel size protein packets that are so convenient to pack and the flavors are top 2 and not 2. I had one every morning with my overnights oats from a local coffee spot, and even found a place that would mix my packet with their smoothie (specifically because the package wasn’t opened and was already measured as a serving size). Such an easy way to get your protein in while on a trip.
