Many of you may not know, but lโ€™ve made a BIG career change, stepping away from a 20 year career in finance to pursue what I truly love; helping women become the best version of themselves. 6 months agoKeep showing up!! Life is forever going to throw a few curve balls to throw you off balance. Adjust and realign. Invest in yourself as much as possible, YOU are your own biggest asset by far! Those first 2-3 weeks are not easy getting back into a routine but when you do .. just know itโ€™s worth it. It takes time but the longer you stay out of your routine the harder it will be to get back to it! I caught myself complaining, comparing, feeling insecure and just not feeling like myself. And one thing Iโ€™ve always been is hella confident. Thatโ€™s when you have to have the hard self talk and get out of your feelings. It leads to self sabotage and that rabbit hole is never ending if you let it. It happens .. but itโ€™s a choice to continue to feel a certain way. Showing up for yourself also means taking care of yourself!!! Now letโ€™s work: *keep your reps slow and controlled!! The work is in the release/the negativeโ€ฆdonโ€™t let the weight pull you! 3 sets of 10-12 reps Ladies .. this is gonna be a long hot summer, itโ€™s not too late to work on those big backs ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ with love xoxo.
